MENOPAUSE SUPPORT

Menopause is a transition into a new phase of life, shaped by changing hormone levels. It can bring a range of physical and emotional shifts, and each person’s experience is unique. It’s a time when extra support and understanding can make a meaningful difference.

Sandy understands the challenges women face in midlife, including menopause. She provides support and compassion as well as practical ways to navigate the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that can occur during midlife. Support is tailored to your personal symptoms, experiences, and stage of transition.

PERIMENOPAUSE

Perimenopause can begin years before menopause and is often marked by fluctuating hormones, mood changes, anxiety, sleep disruption, brain fog, and shifts in energy or confidence. Support during perimenopause focuses on understanding what’s happening in your body and mind, managing emotional and psychological symptoms, and developing practical strategies to reduce overwhelm. This may include support with stress regulation, anxiety management, lifestyle adjustments, relationships, work pressures, and making sense of changes that can feel confusing or unexpected.

MENOPAUSE

Menopause brings its own challenges, including ongoing changes to mood, sleep, identity, intimacy, and overall wellbeing. Support during menopause focuses on emotional adjustment, confidence, self-worth, and navigating the impact these changes can have on relationships, work,
and daily life. Counselling and coaching
support can assist with managing stress,
rebuilding balance, strengthening
communication, and creating sustainable
lifestyle habits around nutrition,

movement, and self-care.
